Our Standard Package

If you choose to have your loft decorated, we will work with you to choose the tiles, colours and floors that you want. To start the ball rolling however, we have put together a 'Standard Package' which we can price for you in your estimate. The Decorating Service includes:

Laminate Floor (Choice of Oak, Maple, Cherry or Beech)
Varnished Handrails
Two Coats of Paint (Dulux) to all Walls, Ceilings, Woodwork
Tiling to Shower Enclosure + Splashback Behind Sink (White 40x40mm tiles)

Decoration is to the loft room, external woodwork to the loft, landing and down the new staircase to the point where 'new joins old'.

 

Bathroom Suite

In most cases, customers will supply their own bathroom fittings. We are however pleased to select them for you. If your Estimate includes an allowance for a suite, the following items will be supplied:

In addition, chrome taps, wastes and a thermostatic shower valve will be provided.
