We are happy to design and plan your loft whether we are contracted for building
work or not.

- You must pay the standard national fee of £135

- Appointing a National Approved Building Inspector
- Filling in the Building Control Full Plans Approval
paperwork & registering
- Liasing & chasing local authority / Approved
Inspector for progress & updates
- Dealing with any changes as required by the
Building Control Officer / Approved Inspector
- Briefing you & amending the drawings as
required
- You must pay the fees which vary depending on
your local authority. You should always allow £135 for planning
and around £500 for building control.

days but please check with us for availability.
